Depending on your role, you may have access to profile forms. These are less commonly used than event forms and are used to collect and store data that is not tracked over time and is not date sensitive.

On the web, you can enter profile data from one of several places:
- The Profiles tool, which might be a home page button or an item on your navigation bar depending on your page layout.
- The athlete sidebar, which appears on the right side of your screen (or on the left, if you’re using AMS in a language that’s written from right-to-left).
When entering the tool via the Athlete profiles button as a professional user, you need to select an athlete. The profile displays the account details and profile forms entered for that athlete.
At the top of the page is a drop-down field where you can select a profile form to fill out or edit. If you edit an existing record of a profile form, the previous data entered will not be kept. Once you've updated the details, save the profile form.
If you create a PDF of the profile forms, only the complete profile forms (not the personal details in the profile section) are included in the PDF. To include any of these fields in the report, your AMS builder should use Personal details fields in the profile form.
To view profile form data for your own account, navigate to the Settings tab, select your account then go to Account settings. Your account details are shown on the first screen, with the profile forms that you have access to listed as separate tabs across the top of the screen. Select the relevant tab to view and edit (if permitted by your role) your profile record data.
You can access your profile form(s) by navigating to Settings at the bottom of the screen, then select Account. Click on My profiles and select any of the profile forms you have access to.
In this example, the athlete has access to the Athlete Details profile form.
Profile forms can only be accessed with a network connection; you cannot update your profiles when offline.
