Interested in learning more about Teamworks AMS? We currently offer three on-demand training pathways depending on what you'd like to learn.
Teamworks AMS Fundamentals
The Teamworks AMS Fundamentals course is a 1-2 hour introduction to AMS where the aim is to provide you with a broad, general understanding of the system. If you've used AMS before but not for awhile, you might also like to take this course as a refresher.
Teamworks AMS Administration
The Teamworks AMS Administration training courses (Teamworks AMS Admin 101 and Teamworks AMS Admin 102) teach you how to administer an AMS site using the administration tools. You can enroll in one or both of the training courses.
- The Teamworks AMS Admin 101 course is focused on managing AMS accounts and will show you how to manage user accounts and groups, and onboard new users to an AMS site.
- The Teamworks AMS Admin 102 course delves deeper into the administration interface to look at how workflows can be configured as an administrator. This includes managing roles and access permissions, customizing an AMS site and configuring advanced workflows.
Become a certified Teamworks AMS Administrator
After completing the two administration training modules, you can sign up for the Teamworks AMS Administration Certification course. Here, you can demonstrate and validate your knowledge and skillset with a certification.
If your organization already uses AMS, please contact your Product Success Manager or Customer Success Manager for more information about signing up for the certification course.
