Occasionally, you may see an error message when interacting with dashboards which advises you to clear your cache. The cache is a tool used by your internet browser to speed up the page loading process by saving parts of the application. However, when we release updates to dashboards, what is saved in the cache may be out of date with the latest version of Teamworks AMS.
Clearing the cache eliminates this conflict and allows your browser to load the latest version of AMS, so it’s a useful troubleshooting step for any dashboard issues.
