The Teamworks Gx Platform enables users to collect weight-tracking data via Bluetooth-enabled Rice Lake scales.
This includes collecting data and hydration suggestions based on post-exercise rehydration protocols (Shirreffs & Maughan, 1998).
The platform also enables performance staff to set pre- and post-exercise snack suggestions based on a pre-set food and supplement database.
Pre-configured dashboard reporting, alert management tools and manual data export functionality are also available within the platform.
