You can prescribe additional pre- and post-hydration training snacks for your athletes by logging into the Teamworks Gx platform on a web browser.
With the Gatorade Training Configuration form, one or multiple snacks can be programmed for single or multiple athletes in a group. For more information about entering a new record, please see our article on entering new event data.
The screenshot below shows what data entry looks like when programming snacks for a single athlete. In this example, we’ve programmed a banana for Jamie Anderson’s pre-training snack and an apple post-training. These snacks will be shown to Jamie when he weighs in and out, respectively.
The screenshot below shows what data entry looks like when programming for a group of athletes. Group data is entered into a table, listing athletes in the far left column. To enter more than one snack per record, you need to add the same number of rows as snacks.
Updating snacks
To update the pre- and post-training snacks, enter a new record for the Gatorade Training Configuration. The new record will override any preexisting selections going forward.
