The Automations section of the administration interface is where you can configure actions to create new records based on a schedule or specific criteria.
There are two types of automations:
- Scheduled automations (Smart saves) allow a record to be created at a specified date and date. For more information, see our help article on Smart saves.
- Triggered automations (Smart flows) allow a record to be created when a different event form is entered and saved. For more information, see our help article on Smart flows.
